We took Zach to the cheeseburger house today and we stopped by the PO on the way there and there was a box for Zachary for us to pick up. He was uber excited to open the box, but he had to wait until we got home.

We took him to the mall and he got to see the puppies (but not buy one even though they had one out on sale and it was very friendly and cute, but Cody said no). We petted the for sale puppy (50% off and still $500) and looked at the other puppies and then went out to the cheeseburgers. Wes and Zach scarfed their food and then wanted ice cream so we headed to baskin robbins and bought Japanese cream filled donuts on the way. I'm going to gain back all that weight I lost I swear.

Wes hadn't eaten all day because he didn't want breakfast and then he fell while climbing something and napped for 4 hours and then Cody was home (at about 3). I've noticed he hasn't been wanting food lately (will flat out refuse to eat) and so I think he's going to come down with something soon. He always gets this way right before he gets uber sick. I hope it isn't the upchuck kind if he does get sick. Anyway, So he just stuffed that little face with everthing tonight. The boys loved their ice cream and they each spent about $6 at the game room on various rides.

We have some awesome pictures of Zach opening the presents. I hadn't read Theresa's letter that came with the box yet and didn't know Wes had prizes. Wes tried to help open the presents and Zach got upset until I said Wes just wanted to help and maybe Zach could share a present. So Zach gave Wes a book to open (willingly and nicely too I might add) and Wes got a sticker book so he didn't want to open more. He was too busy with the stickers.

Zach about pooed his pants with the dinos. First he did the books and they were awesome (he said so. It's awesome and all kinds of cool) and then he opened the dinos. He kept making RRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRR noises and having them fight. Then he opened some Spider man friends we bought him along with the leap frog books and game we bought.
We tried to play the HI Ho CherryOH game with him, but apparently Wes was not doing it right enough for Zach and Zach got all huffy and said "I'm done with this. Mom you play with him." and huffed to his room. He played dinos in his room for a while and then came back for cake.
Cake was fun because Zach sat on the couch and was all excited to sing happy birthday to himself. He was a little confused when I said *WE* sing to him and he blows out the candles. Wes was excited for me to lower the cake and it's a good thing Zach is quick because Wes came over as fast as he could puffing to try and blow out the candles from 6 feet away and closing fast. Zach blew out most of them though.

Then when Cody and I were cutting the cake we heard "Happy Birthday to me. Happy Birthday to me. Happy Birthday Dear Zachary. Happy Birthday to me. Woohoo!" And not in the sad little way it sounds when I type it out either. He was singing it happily and it was too cute. We caught it on a tape recorder. I'll have to put it in his scrapbook.

So we ate some cake and Wes played stickers and cherries while Zach played Dinos. I think he likes Dinos mores then horses now.

All in all I think it was a happy birthday for Zach. He did tell me this morning though that his birthday is tomorrow (Guess it'll always be tomorrow) and that we're moving outside so that he can buy a puppy. It's his puppy birthday afterall. He also kept saying how he is growing bigger and bigger and bigger and bigger to a boy giant!

I think those five tiny blue candles were a few candles too many for me *sniff sniff* it was only yesterday I swear and I blinked again
