I win I win. Merry Christmas

We heard those to phrases a lot last night. Apparently since we took turns putting ornaments on the tree, Wesley thought he was winning every time he got to put one on there.


Zach apparently thinks that every times it snows, it's Christmas. He keeps asking about his presents, when he gets them, when Santa is coming etc.

Now where did that boy get a fool idea like Santa? We've certainly never told him the fat man comes to our house. Not once have we ever said Santa brings him toys and yet here Zach is saying Santa is going to bring him presents.

So now I don't know if I should give in and give him his "Santa" Gift or keep not telling him anything about Santa. I was under the impression that Zach was under the impression that Santa is like Mickey Mouse. Someone you see on TV and oh look here he is in real life.


We've never once said Santa brings presents. Up until now, Santa is the guy you get your photo taken with that gives you a candy cane. What the heck Zachy. Cody thinks it all the cartoons Zachary has been watching.

We finally put the tree decorations up last night and it was just cute watching those boys do it. Wes was so excited this year to put anything up. For some odd reason he kept calling the vitamin balls though. What's up with that? Little freak.


Zach kept prancing around the room singing about getting presents. After asking him to calm down several times, mean ol' mom and dad had to send him to his room and said he could come back down when he could calm down and listen. Most of our ornaments are those handpainted old looking ones and I was letting them put those up this year so he needed to be careful. *sigh* I'm beginning to wonder if the child is like ADD or something. Good lord.

Then we snapped some more pictures of the tree, sent the boys upstairs to watch cartoons and Cody and I put up the last couple of ornaments on the tree. I'm really dreading having to take this thing down. At least Brianne will be here to help. woohoo
