Some house photos

I've been busy with school, decorating etc. so I haven't had time to take photos until now. We're not nearly done yet. Every time I think we're close, something else pops up. So here's a photo of part of the living room. I have the five cushion couch again. The 81 inch shelves started out as the sides of my bed. Apparently my bed is made for looks and not use because it broke. The bolt that holds the sides to the headboard just popped right out the back of the headboard. Rather then throw the bed away, we've been reusing parts of it around the house. The sides are now 5 1/2 inch wide by 81 inch long shelves. The couch pillows were made out of scraps of fabric.

Then there is the boys' room. The superman face is made out of scrapbook paper and put between sheets of acrylic. The other pictures that you can't see well in this photo are drawings my cousin Erin did for the boys. I had those drawings matted and framed here on base. Wes picked out the spider lamp and the sword pillow was again made out of fabric scraps.
These are the fresh cleaned rooms of the house. I'll have to post the other rooms once they're clean again. We've been painting walls right away this time and so things have grown a little messy. Meh, that's life. Oh. Here's a picture of Mouse too. She's already bigger than the cats. The pillow she is laying on used to be a couch pillow but she steals it every time I put it away.
