Pirate pictures

Zach and I painted pirate pictures today. He drew his out first and then painted it on a blank red canvas that has been hanging on our wall. I added the pirate ship I did a while ago, painted a small (5 x 7 i think) skull canvas, and then made the "to err is human. to yar is divine" one to add to it. They're all hanging on the wall right now. Right now the two small canvases are stacked on each other because I ran out of nails (and room). Eventually, they'll be hung on the wall as well.

Zach wanted to share them with his Oma and I said I'd take pictures and post them on the blog for him. He said it'll be cool when we move because then he could just call his oma and ask her to come over and see them in person. He wants these in his room when we move and I think I'll be willing to give them up by then.

I still need to buy gold paint so we can paint on the pirate earrings for him, but these are the paintings and Zach is very very happy with them. So am I.

I'm also putting up a picture of the clarinet lamp I built. It's made from the clarinet I played in highschool and parts from a lamp we no longer wanted and were going to get rid of. I think it's pretty awesome. Best of all? Free

And Wes wanted his picture posted just to have it posted. So there it is :)
